Using their bodies, faces, voices and imaginations, first graders acted out what it might be like to have a wild animal as a pet. They chose a seal, a cheetah, a leopard, a kangaroo, a lion and a dinosaur.
Inspired by the book One Cool Friend, by Toni Buzzeo, they gave their animals food and water, exercise and even baths. The video is in two parts below.
